Weld Repair Procedures

Repair procedures for rebuilding worn, cracked and damaged major components can be developed using information gained by non destructive material identification using our portable spectrometer ( Arc Met 8000 Optical Emission Spectrometer) and portable hardness tester. We have extensive experience over 30 years in the repair of carbon and alloy steel cast and forged items such as shafts, gears, housings and many others including fabricated carbon and high strength alloy steel fabrications.

On site, in situ and shop repairs can be provided for, with due consideration given to specific situations that do not allow the full range of processes to be applied.
